Services | Best Practice Workshops & Visits
Facing increased competitive pressures and ongoing supplier cost down exercises, manufacturers throughout the region are continually being forced to maximise every resource in an attempt to remain competitive.
One of the very best ways to ensure that your company remains a sustainable entity in today’s dynamic environment is to take advantage of the best practice that exists throughout the region. The MAS-WM Best Practice Workshops give companies the opportunity to learn about the very latest developments and techniques in manufacturing, purchasing and marketing.
The workshops are designed to help make the most of your organisational potential and operate over a rolling period so that if you miss one you can pick it up at a later date. Delivered by experienced manufacturing practitioners the workshops introduce ‘best practice’ methods and techniques and are supported by comprehensive class notes.
All workshops are participative and reinforce learning through practical examples. Applying these techniques often leads to substantial business improvements. All workshops are ideally suited to managers, supervisors and owners who are committed to improving their company performance and increasing their bottom line performance.
These workshops are held at three venues in Stourbridge, Coventry or Cannock all you need to do is choose which is the most convenient for you to attend. All start at 9am registration from 8.30am and finish with a buffet lunch at 1pm (Problem Solving and Effective Negotiation workshops, 9am -3pm).
Take a look at our Best Practice Workshop Visits, we now offer Best Practice Visits to workshop attendees, free of charge, to see subject areas covered in our workshops put into practice at exemplar manufacturers in the region. This is a good opportunity to gain a better understanding of subjects covered in the workshops with the benefit of networking with like minded manufacturers. See below for more information
