MAS-WM can assist your business in a number of ways. However, there are five levels of support service manufacturers normally enjoy:
- A free helpdesk available on 0845 245 0845, manned by experienced manufacturing advisors who can answer many manufacturing questions and queries either immediately or after a couple of hours desk research. This is a free of charge service to you and one that is fantastic for resolving issues straight away.
- A field-based team of Specialist Manufacturing Advisors with over 600 years combined manufacturing experience. Advisors can visit companies and carry out two additional days of investigation through advice and support.
- MAS-WM deliver a wide range of free to attend Best Practice workshops, seminars and visits. Learning from others is an important strategy for the future of UK manufacturing. MAS-WM workshops and seminars cover areas such as manufacturing, purchasing and international marketing. To find out more click here and go to our events section.
- A range of quality assured associates are available to tackle even the most complex of manufacturing issues. For SME's (small to medium enterprises, generally of less than 250 employees and not part of a large group) MAS-WM can provide up to ten days high level support of which the client can receive 50% funding towards the project.
- MAS-WM has established links with leading industry and technology associations, allowing manufacturers to keep abreast of the latest technology and process and development. As part of our advisory services we may refer you to one or more of these associations for specialist assistance.
