Services | Strategic Change
MAS-WM has helped manufacturers to become more efficient and effective since 2002. Now, as part of an extended and enhanced range of ongoing support; a new service, Strategic Change Projects are available to companies that can demonstrate a need and an ability to support and sustain major change within their manufacturing operation.
The intention of the Strategic Change offer is to support manufacturing companies as they develop their business in line with planned strategic shift. Helping such companies to secure their long-term sustainability will significantly enhance the profile of manufacturing in the West Midlands.
Strategic Change Projects are a fantastic opportunity for manufacturers that have previously engaged in a project with MAS-WM. Companies must meet a certain level of criteria and must have sufficient resources to commit to ensure their success.
Who Can Apply?
Any manufacturing company within the West Midlands, who wishes to engage in a significant project.
What types of projects are eligible?
Any project which is a genuine strategic priority that will enhance the competitiveness of the company. The project will have a measurable impact and should be linked to manufacturing. An example might be:

An individual project may vary according to the project scoped by experts engaged to undertake the work. We expect a typical project to be 10 -30 days in total and be completed within 9 months. Some projects involving lean transformations may be longer.
Outputs
It is expected that the successful delivery of the project will yield tangible benefits for the company. These could be: Increased sales, jobs created/saved, reduced cost, productivity…..etc
Who can deliver the project?
